Do you know, I love this app’s functionalities to a great extent, but I don’t know why but I cannot relate to the app’s design, and this is what stops me to use it further…
This is not a part of any conversation or a discussion, but this is a very much part of the feedback I shared on the app’s portal…now you must be wondering, how is this possible when I would love the app’s functionalities but not like the app design…???? Well, it is very much possible, and just like me, many of the users are available out there who simply dislike the app design but admire the app functionalities…and as a consequence, the app bears the brunt of this behavior… I know it sounds quite awkward, but for a shock, this happens quite often and frequently with the number of mobile apps, and largely it goes unaware by the mobile app owners, and this leads to a major bounce back rate or the uninstalls on the app platform. Why does it happen but??? This is the question which is widely been asked from me throughout my career span, that when my app is a perfect piece of users’ needs then why the app design empowers the app functionalities??? Hmmm, a valid and interesting question… To understand this, let’s understand the human psychology…. We, humans, are perfectionists in some ways (pun intended J), when we decide to buy something, our focus remains on two things; outlook and the performance, and sadly we buy something first from our eyes and if it falls fit for eyes, then we move ahead, so this very same theory applies to your mobile app as well. Users looking for a mobile app which speaks every bit of their needs through the app functionalities and at the same time they consider the outer look of your mobile app as well, which means in total that skipping either of the points would land your app into a hot water pool. The app functionalities and the app features are the factors which your Android app development company takes care of, but at the same time, you must consider the app design also into consideration, else your mobile app can never gain its deserving worth in the eyes of the users… To help you find successful mobile app design tactics, I have come up with the number of tips in this post…just read ahead… UI Design Must Be Simple Your users are the techies, and they don’t require a mobile app design, which they need to decode before accessing the app further…you need to keep it as simple as possible which can be accessed within a jiffy of a moment. Also, make sure that your app design is simple and clean without cluttering the right app functionalities with the unnecessary fragments. User Icons User icons within the app can be a product of your app designer’s creativity and imagination, and it is highly appreciated by the users as well, as long as it doesn’t break the comprehension quotient… I mean that if your app icons are highly innovative, but if it does not go hand-in-hand with the app’s functionalities then you must not proceed with it. Since the over creativity might leave your users confused and skipping the functionality in the absence of right information, thus make sure that you use the right creative notion not the excessive. App Performance A lot many times it is noticed that a mobile app fails to garner the lasting attention from the users since the first impression was not as it should have been. Your app must have the engaging aspects of the mobile app, but these aspects must not play hindrance to the app’s performance at any given cost. Make sure your app’s loading time is not getting compromised due to the animations integrated into your mobile app. These 3 but significant tips help your mobile app to gain the attention and mark a vital presence in the stores. You must include every possible ingredient within your mobile app which is turning into an eye-candy for your mobile app and every time users utilize your mobile app, there left a satisfactory charm in their eyes with a curved line on their lips.
